Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, custom-fit gloves from our “Custom Gloves” category cannot be returned unless defective. All other products in our baseball, softball, and youth gloves categories are eligible for returns.

Refund Process

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
